Making rainy days sunny

Sat as I am, looking out of the window, the sky is grey, rain is sort of coming down, its not that warm and to be honest the weather is not really what the romantic novelists would describe as full of love and happiness. "Yuk!" is the word that best describes is.

STOP!

Now here is something,  the weather is miserable but does that mean I have to be to?

The answer is NO.  So I turn it around... in my head and then I do something about it...  Here goes...

Firstly for some wet, wintery days are the best, the cooler weather and the splish splash of puddles only to be met by a glass of red wine and a roaring open fire. For others these days just suck! Why can't these days be happy for everyone?  Honestly, there is no why, there is a decision to be made and a change of mindset to be made.

So where do I begin to change my mindset?  First of all it starts with gratitude, find 5 things that are positive about the weather:

1.  We actually need the rain
2. It gives me a chance to dress up warm
3. The rain smells lovely
4. The rain washes my car
5. Behind the rain clouds the the sun is still shining

Now think about those things, feel the corners of your mouth lift up and see smile form. Now feel the change inside you!

Now out of nowhere I have turned rain into sunshine... I feel better, I am back to being focused and life is back to being excellent!

Life is about the choices you make, business is the same.  Decisions made when happy generally get better results, in a happier frame of mind the thinking process is more clear.  Bob Proctor teaches this, the book The secret tells how to use this and I am telling you it works!

Begin to wake up to being positive. I am asked "Matthew, you are at the bottom of the heap. How do you remain so positive?"  Its really simple to answer and for me it now comes naturally, I choose to be so. I choose to give thanks for all that I have and choose to have faith in things to come. Its very easy,  think happy not matter what, think positive no matter what and believe in yourself.

If this has inspired you in any way consider donating a single Dollar, I never ask for much but a single dollar goes a long way.  Thank you for reading this, please share and keep following.
