Pelicans and other Pelicans

Short and sweet today I am afraid.

Pelicans were most certainly not designed to fly. But somehow the clumsy yet graceful bird does. How often have you looked up to see not only Pelicans but other birds fly?

Tomorrow I'll tell you about the freedom of Birds. But today it's all a matter of getting their.

We all known their is no I in TEAM but as we all know every TEAM does have it's wannabe I. Pelicans rely on Teamwork. They use each other to win their daily battle with the wind. Look at them when they fly. They fly, like Geese, in Formation. Why?

I am told it is that they get extra lift from the wings of the others. So why don't we as humans do the same?

OK we can't flap our arms and fly but we can soar to massive heights and we can't do it alone. We need others around us and the only way to get those around us to help us get to where we want to be is to Motivate them and encourage them. • Others can fly with you

am I ready to fly?
Do I have a flock that will help me fly higher?
Do I have any other Pelicans I can rely on?
